Tracking My Order
How do I track my Danconi order?
To track your Danconi’s order you can use the Check Your Order Status button below to track your order. If you’re not already signed in to your Danconi’s account, or if you purchased as a guest, you’ll need to enter your order number (from your order confirmation email) along with the email address you used to place the order.
Additionally, you can also check the status of any your orders any time by simply signing in to your Danconi account, and visiting your orders page.

When can I start tracking my order?
Every time you place an order we’ll provide you an estimated delivery date, also we send you an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send you another email that includes the estimated delivery date and the tracking number. Remember to check you spam folder in your email account if you don’t see your order confirmation email.
